Foot Reflexology Holistic and Sports Massage
Plantar Reflexology treatments are carried out to restore energy balance and well-being, relieve stress with improvement of sleep and pain. Very useful in anxious states. Sports and holistic massages are also carried out.
Swedish classic massage
The classic Swedish massage is a relaxing massage which, with the use of oil and techniques of brushing, friction, kneading and percussion, contributes to physical well-being and general relaxation of the body.
Needle-free ozone therapy for pain
In our clinic we practice needle-free ozone therapy, an innovative method that allows for a rapid reduction in pain. We often associate this therapy with the hyperbaric chamber and 250 other cutting-edge therapies that distinguish us internationally. Pain, posture and musculoskeletal dysfunction will no longer be a problem!
We use the Dinamix™️ Method, a multitherapy which significantly reduces the number of sessions to be carried out in favor of faster healing but this obviously has a higher price than a normal session.
Our price range goes from 80 euros/therapy to 400/session (plus 4%) depending on the areas to be treated and whether or not the Dinamix™️ Method is used.

One hour of consultancy as a Mental Coach
I provide 1 hour of consultancy as a Mental Coach in which we will go together to analyze your specific situation and any difficulties, needs and objectives through coaching techniques.
To understand together how to resolve the difficulties that still do not lead you to achieving your personal goals.
Twelve outdoor small class training sessions plus schedule
After having carefully filled out the medical history form and having collected photos and measurements of the client, I will develop a personalized training plan based on the client's needs.
Plus you will have 12 hours of group training in small class (small groups maximum 10 people) directly live with me, outdoors to better understand all the exercises and how to carry out your training in the most correct way possible.
Every 5/6 weeks a check will be carried out to evaluate your progress and a new form will be developed that is increasingly aimed at helping you reach your goal.
