Diet and training plan with twelve hours of private training
The first visit consists of:
- detailed patient history, measurements,
- examination with a new generation bioimpedance measurement machine to evaluate the patient's body composition and state of health.
Once all the data has been collected, including tastes, habits and specific needs of the patient, a tailor-made and sustainable diet will be developed and a personalized training plan based on the client's needs developed by the personal trainer Federico with 12 individual workouts followed by the personal trainer at Parco Due Giugno.
I offer you both personalized online lessons based on your needs and your equipment, and a personalized training program (home or gym version) based on your goal that you can also carry out independently but always under my supervision!
Obviously there will be an initial presentation and consultation meeting both for a detailed medical history and for the right fitness approach indicated for you!
Which can be both for weight loss and for body recomposition or muscle mass. A flexible and sustainable nutritional approach will be suggested to you over time, based on your characteristics of both age and morphotype based on the objective to be achieved.
Possibility to choose how many lessons you want to do per week or per month based on your availability and needs.
