After having carefully filled out the medical history form and having collected photos and measurements of the client, I will develop a personalized training plan based on the client's needs.
Plus you will have 12 hours of group training in small class (small groups maximum 10 people) directly live with me, outdoors to better understand all the exercises and how to carry out your training in the most correct way possible.
Every 5/6 weeks a check will be carried out to evaluate your progress and a new form will be developed that is increasingly aimed at helping you reach your goal.
I create tailor-made performances: as an athletic trainer, I structure programs adapted to maximize strength and resistance, specializing in weightlifting, football and mountain sports. Each program is unique, shaped around athletic needs, aiming to optimize abilities and physical condition.

In seguito a un colloquio e/o un'analisi della figura definiremo insieme gli obiettivi da raggiungere e la scheda verrà quindi preparata in modo personalizzato, sulla base delle specifiche esigenze di ciascuno.
Possono essere richieste anche schede con esercizi di pilates e/o ginnastica posturale per cercare di alleviare le problematiche e le piccole tensioni date da una postura scorretta e/o da patologie.
