I am a physiotherapist, I have been doing this job with my heart since 2016. My motto is "physiotherapy the art of movement", I dedicate myself with professionalism and passion to carry out my profession because I consider it useful to help others by implementing the skills, knowledge and skills that a profession like mine can give you. 

I am a freelance journalist and I have been involved in cultural events for a large number of years: book presentations, reading meetings with the author, writing workshops, dramatized conferences, and Italian language courses for foreigners. Lately I have approached the holistic world which I find to be the new frontier of living. I became Shinrin-yoku Therapist a path of well-being with the use of tools such as Mindfulness, QiGong, Yoga.

I also write about these topics on my blog. Numerous possibilities for anyone who would like to ask for support in the areas I have indicated.

For personal passion and after attending high-level courses, I became a wellness masseur. In particular, I specialize in classic Swedish massage.

With the use of oils and with technical maneuvers of brushing, friction, kneading and percussion, Swedish massage gives well-being and relaxation, reduces muscle tension and improves the quality of sleep.

I graduated in physiotherapy in 2013, since then I have continued my professional training and I have opened several studios in central and southern Italy.

I specialize in the treatment of headaches and cervical pain, in particular low back pain but I successfully treat all musculoskeletal pain . I am highly trained in manual therapy and in vertebral manipulation and therapeutic exercise, techniques that I use very often with excellent results.

To date my goal is to solve the problems of the patients who come to me.

Graduated with honors from the Foro Italico, Rome, specializing in improving athletic performance. Diploma in Massage Physiotherapy (MCB) and a master's degree in "Neuro Posturology and Motor Control". Certified as a first level FIPE coach and as a UEFA C football coach recognized by the FIGC. Villa Stuard, Rome: Responsible for pre- and post-intervention functional tests, specialized in post-intervention functional recovery.

Centro Medico Deportivo Perez Frias, Malaga: Adaptation of training for cancer patients and role as second coach of the Primavera at Malaga FC, a Spanish second division team.

I work with companies Sports clubs in Italy: Collaborations with both clubs and both amateur and professional, helping to improve athletic performance.

Continuing training: My experience is part of a constantly updated path. I continue to expand my knowledge and skills to ensure optimal results.

Personalised Approach: I create tailor-made training plans and provide specialized treatments to resolve neck pain, cervicobrachial pain and improve posture, adapting them to the specific needs of each individual.

Graduated in Physiotherapy at theUniversity of the Studies of Milan, currently works as a freelancer. Given his particular interest in manual therapy, he continues his specialist training by attending the Master in Rehabilitation of Musculoskeletal Disorders (mRDM) at the University of of Genoa. He continuously updates his knowledge with training courses offered by the GTM (Manual Therapy Group) of which he is supporting member. Regularly registered in the Professional Register and ordinary member of AIFI (Italian Association of Physiotherapists).
