The first visit consists of:

- examination with a new generation bioimpedance measurement machine to evaluate the patient's body composition and state of health.
Once all the data has been collected, including the patient's tastes, habits and specific needs, a tailor-made diet that is sustainable over time will be developed, as well as a personalized training plan based on the client's needs, drawn up by the personal trainer Federico.
