I'm Aurora, I'm 39 years old. I am a Judicial Graphologist and Clinical Criminologist. 

I am the owner of my Graphological Consulting office and I carry out Party Technical Consultations, both in the Civil and Criminal fields. 

I am registered in the 'Register of CTU Judicial Graphologists - both as Technical Consultant and Expert, at the Court of Termini Imerese, both in civil and criminal matters. 

For six years I have been collaborating with various law firms and with psychologist colleagues in both Palermo, Milan and Rome, for graphological and criminological reports. 

I am the Manager of the Diana CO.TU.LE.VI - Against all violence - desk at the Court of Palermo and in the Municipality of Castelbuono. I have faced several legal battles for the defense of women's rights. In fact, I have a stable collaboration with Psychological Colleagues and Psychotherapists at my office, for a careful evaluation of the  psychological and criminological and in some cases also graphological personality. 

Since June 2020 I have covered the role of Expert Criminologist ex. art. 80 in real offices: the External Penal Execution Office of Trento, Caltanissetta, the Ucciardone Reclusion House of Palermo, the Caltanissetta Prison and for crimes such as ill-treatment and sex offenders I participated in projects carried out at the Reclusion House of San Cataldo and the prison of Trapani, always in agreement with the Ministry of Justice. 

My professional collaboration as a Judicial Graphologist, for:

-Appraisals on Wills and Holographic Documents(Scope of consultancy that combines graphological analysis and instrumental and documentary surveys to ascertain the authenticity and integrity of holographic documents or attesting an unknown or disputed paternity);

-Verifications of Anonymous Writings (Very difficult field of work due to the frequent lack of an adequate number of comparative documents, the verification of anonymous writings, such as wall writings or threatening letters, for example, is a field of investigation in which the expert graphologist can provide important indications, regarding age , cultural level and psychological profile, useful for tracing the identikit of the author).

- Analysis of the writing (also on the victim - and the abused - crime against the person, or on the abuser and mistreater.

I have been a lawyer since 2000 and I work throughout the national territory. I deal with family law (separation, divorce, child custody, debt collection for failure to pay maintenance and extraordinary expenses, etc.) and family criminal law, as well as of juvenile law.

I have been qualified to practice before the Higher Magistrates (Cassation Court) since 2016.

I follow criminal trials in defense of suspects / defendants or injured parties / civil parties before all the judges of merit (Tribunal, Assize Court, Court of Appeal) with experience gained for crimes against the person (homicide, injury, road accidents and Red Code) and against property (theft, receiving stolen goods, fraud, robbery, money laundering).

I also follow trials before the Supreme Court of Cassation having been qualified as a Cassation Lawyer since 2010.

Beatrice is a lawyer at the Milan Bar.
She was born in Catania (CT) and after graduating on 17 October 2018 from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan with a thesis entitled "International Cooperation and fight against tax evasion", she immediately began practicing law, specializing in criminal law and addressing issues related to civil law.
From May 2020 to December 2020 she was an external collaborator at the "Diritto Più Edizioni - Centro Studi" publishing house, where in particular she dealt with legal columns relating to criminal law, criminal procedural law and international criminal law.
She also has a knowledge of the English and Portuguese languages.

Thanks to the collaboration with  Attorney Juliano Alvares provides legal assistance to Brazilians residing in Italy.
