After obtaining a degree in law, at the University of from the law firms of Perugia, I worked at a law firm in Perugia, where I mainly dealt with family and minors law.
I currently practice as a lawyer. at a law firm located in Lamezia Terme (CZ), where I deal with various issues of civil law (separations, divorces, debt collection, foreclosures, medical malpractice and other) law administrative (relationship between private individual and PA; opposition to tax bills; environment and protection of the territory) criminal procedural law (with particular attention to crimes against the family: mistreatment against family members and cohabitants and violation of family care obligations).
In the firm I belong to, it is It is possible to deal with various sectors of law, given the collaboration with various colleagues specialized in numerous legal subjects.
An issue that is very close to my heart is also that relating to women victims of physical and psychological violence perpetrated by their husbands or partners. When the crime of domestic abuse occurs, the only victims are often not women (wives or partners) but also minors.
With regard to this topic, I also make use of the help of expert psychotherapists so that, through their experience and knowledge, they can help women and (possible) minors through adequate psychological support/ emotional.
I personally believe that a lawyer can do a lot in terms of assisting the reasons of all those who often struggle to assert their rights. I deeply believe that my profession represents a real mission that can only be validly and usefully exercised with great ethical motivation.
