The firm boasts consolidated experience in family law and provides professional and qualified assistance to those who find themselves facing a family problem, whether it be a married family, a de facto family or a civil union, also dealing with of the important issue of child custody.

From a formal point of view, the lawyer who defines himself as a matrimonial lawyer can be considered as the professional who deals, not necessarily exclusively, with the matter called "family law", which concerns separations and divorces, but also cohabitation agreements and changes to the conditions of separation. Likewise, issues related to the relationship between parents and children such as adoptions and child abductions are included.

Cohabitation is, today, a constantly increasing social phenomenon, but it is not the only prerequisite for identifying the de facto family (or cohabitation more uxorio, terminology in use in Italian jurisprudence), a type of social formation which, in order to have relevance in our system, must be characterized by the stability, duration and mutual solidarity of the couple.

The Lawyer deals with civil law and assists his Clients, both in judicial and extrajudicial settings, with issues relating to family law and inheritance (separations, divorces, cohabitations, assisted negotiations, recognition of children, inheritance declarations, drafting and contestation of wills...), for problems relating to planning and protection of assets (patrimonial funds, trusts, earmarked assets...), as well as for appeals and requests relating to institutions of voluntary jurisdiction (support administrations, guardianships, curators. ..).

It also carries out its activity, both in favor of private individuals and companies, in the following areas: drafting of contracts (purchase and sale, residential and commercial leasing, mandate and agency, tender, preliminary agreements, IT contracts...), debt collection, securities foreclosures , real estate and with third parties, seizures, settlement of over-indebtedness crises.

The firm operates mainly at the Court and the Justice of the Peace of Verona, as well as dealing with mortgage and land registry inquiries regarding properties in Verona and on Lake Garda.

We offer advice and assistance for debt collection starting with the registered letter of warning to continue with the monitoring procedure and following the writ of injunction and the request for seizure, checking with the customer the most suitable procedure, whether the movable one or the one with third parties or the real estate one.

A reimbursement of expenses is always required to be paid in advance for tax stamps and notification costs.

I am available for assistance and legal advice regarding objections to administrative sanctions which can either be resolved through self-defense requests or by initiating a lawsuit.

It will be necessary to set up an expense fund for tax stamps and notification costs and any direct debits.

I follow criminal trials before all the jurisdictions of merit (Tribunal, Court of Assizes, Court of Appeal) for all types of crime. 

Qualified as a Cassation Lawyer since 2010, I also follow trials before the Supreme Court of Cassation.
