I have long experience in family law. The end of the marital relationship involves critical points that I often find myself facing, such as custody and property issues. I am special curator of the minor and parental coordinator and I follow the client, paying maximum attention to the interests of the children.

Family conflicts between spouses, family transformations that lead to the dissolution of the actual couple and the maintenance of the parental couple, every "family issue" is treated starting from an inalienable assumption: the interest of minor children.

In addition to dedicating myself to juvenile law – in de potestate proceedings, in matters connected with adoptability; and the adoption of minors – also as a lawyer and guardian of the minor – I deal with family conflict (separations, divorces, disputes between unmarried parents): in this particular area I have developed over the years an increasingly greater experience in the contentious and non-contentious management of conflict, cultivating skills in negotiation, in assistance to the parties in mediation and in collaborative practice.

I graduated in law from the university Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2005, with a thesis on “Societyà European" in the field of international commercial law.

After graduating, I worked in Milan in the Legal and Corporate office of CNP Capitalia Vita S.p.A., where I was responsible for regulatory compliance focused on the insurance sector, and for the drafting of opinion papers strong> technical-insurance legal, corporate contractual matters, support in the management of fulfilments towards the Authority of Supervisory and organization of BoDs and Assemblies.

Currently, I practice at my firm in Ischia (NA), where I mainly deal with issues relating to family law, company law , labour law and civil law, providing professional activities in these sectors of legal consultancy and assistance, judicial and extrajudicial.
