Since 2007, I have owned a law firm located in Scandicci (FI).

Since I was a child, my passion and vocation has always been to bring justice and try to resolve disputes or critical situations by mediating the interests of the parties. This is also why I strongly believe in mediation in my practice and am acquiring the title of family mediator, a branch of law to which I am very attached as I deal with this matter on a daily basis.

For many years I have been involved in protecting victims of relational manipulation, violent relationships, violence assisted by minors, psychological violence, stalking, mistreatment in the family, bringing civil proceedings, compensation for psychological and existential damage caused by the violent relationship, both physical and psychological.

I deal with family law, juvenile law, condominium law, tenancy law and debt collection (extrajudicial, judicial, enforcement).

I love my profession and I set my work according to objectives.  ;

I always try to be transparent with the client, regulating the professional relationship on trust and cost-benefit opportunities.

After obtaining a degree in law, at the University of from the law firms of Perugia, I worked at a law firm in Perugia, where I mainly dealt with family and minors law.  

I currently practice as a lawyer. at a law firm located in Lamezia Terme (CZ), where I deal with various issues of civil law (separations, divorces, debt collection, foreclosures, medical malpractice and other) law administrative (relationship between private individual and PA; opposition to tax bills; environment and protection of the territory) criminal procedural law (with particular attention to crimes against the family: mistreatment against family members and cohabitants and violation of family care obligations).  

In the firm I belong to, it is It is possible to deal with various sectors of law, given the collaboration with various colleagues specialized in numerous legal subjects.  

An issue that is very close to my heart is also that relating to women victims of physical and psychological violence perpetrated by their husbands or partners. When the crime of domestic abuse occurs, the only victims are often not women (wives or partners) but also minors.  

With regard to this topic, I also make use of the help of expert psychotherapists so that, through their experience and knowledge, they can help women and (possible)  minors through adequate psychological support/ emotional.  

I personally believe that a lawyer can do a lot in terms of assisting the reasons of all those who often struggle to assert their rights. I deeply believe that my profession represents a real mission that can only be validly and usefully exercised with great ethical motivation.

I began practicing law in 2002, becoming passionate about civil law, which I deal with exclusively. The sectors in which I have gained many years of experience are:

family (separations / divorces), road accidents, debt collection, movable and real estate foreclosures, third party claims, medical malpractice and compensation for damages in general, condominium, evictions, opposition to administrative sanctions.

I am registered in the register of Supreme Court lawyers and in the lists of lawyers authorized to provide professional assistance to those who benefit from free legal aid. I carry out my profession with absolute dedication, love and passion.

My studio is located a few steps from the Court and the main public offices.

The firm operates mainly at the Court and the Justice of the Peace of Verona, as well as dealing withmortgage inquiries and land registry records concerning properties in Verona and on Lake Garda. I graduated in law from the university Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2005, with a thesis on “Societyà European" in the field of international commercial law.

After graduating, I worked in Milan in the Legal and Corporate office of CNP Capitalia Vita S.p.A., where I was responsible for regulatory compliance focused on the insurance sector, and for the drafting of opinion papers strong> technical-insurance legal, corporate contractual matters, support in the management of fulfilments towards the Authority of Supervisory and organization of BoDs and Assemblies.

Subsequently, I completed my legal practice at a law firm in Naples, which dealt with, among other things, bankruptcy law and social security. 

Registered with the Naples Bar Association, I practiced for many years at a law firm in Naples that deals with wide-ranging compensation for damages and civil law.

Currently, I practice at my firm in Ischia (NA), where I mainly deal with issues relating to family law, company law , labour law and civil law, providing professional activities in these sectors of legal consultancy and assistance, judicial and extrajudicial.
