A graduate in Law from the University of Turin with a thesis in criminal procedure, during the prescribed period of legal practice, as a trainee lawyer, he became passionate about civil law and in particular family law, the latter subject which he mainly deals with, constantly taking care of professional updating.

I follow criminal trials in defense of suspects / defendants or injured parties / civil parties before all the judges of merit (Tribunal, Assize Court, Court of Appeal) with experience gained for crimes against the person (homicide, injury, road accidents and Red Code) and against property (theft, receiving stolen goods, fraud, robbery, money laundering).

I also follow trials before the Supreme Court of Cassation having been qualified as a Cassation Lawyer since 2010.

I graduated in law from the university Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2005, with a thesis on “Societyà European" in the field of international commercial law.

After graduating, I worked in Milan in the Legal and Corporate office of CNP Capitalia Vita S.p.A., where I was responsible for regulatory compliance focused on the insurance sector, and for the drafting of opinion papers strong> technical-insurance legal, corporate contractual matters, support in the management of fulfilments towards the Authority of Supervisory and organization of BoDs and Assemblies.

Subsequently, I completed my legal practice at a law firm in Naples, which dealt with, among other things, bankruptcy law and social security. 

Registered with the Naples Bar Association, I practiced for many years at a law firm in Naples that deals with wide-ranging compensation for damages and civil law.

Currently, I practice at my firm in Ischia (NA), where I mainly deal with issues relating to family law, company law , labour law and civil law, providing professional activities in these sectors of legal consultancy and assistance, judicial and extrajudicial.
