During my experience I explored the topics of family law, commercial law (including debt collection, eviction procedures, real estate foreclosures, etc.), bankruptcy law, road accidents, arbitrations, mediations and assisted negotiations.

I have long experience in family law. The end of the marital relationship involves critical points that I often find myself facing, such as custody and property issues. I am special curator of the minor and parental coordinator and I follow the client, paying maximum attention to the interests of the children.

I graduated in law from the university Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2005, with a thesis on “Societyà European" in the field of international commercial law.

Currently, I practice at my firm in Ischia (NA), where I mainly deal with issues relating to family law, company law , labour law and civil law, providing professional activities in these sectors of legal consultancy and assistance, judicial and extrajudicial.
