I am a Lawyer of the Court of Brescia, I deal exclusively with Criminal Law, carrying out legal aid throughout the national territory.

I earned my degree from theUniversità of the Rome Studies "La Sapienza"in 2018 and I immediately embarked on a legal career, opting for mainly criminal law training, subsequently collaborating with various professionals in the branch.

I'm the lawyer. Samantha and I have been working for several years in Busto Arsizio in the field of civil law, mainly dealing with disputes relating to family law, inheritance law, real estate law and condominium law. I graduated from the University of LIUC of Castellanza with 110 cum laude, also achieving the "Best Master's Degree in Law" award for the academic year 2014-2015.

The primary objective that inspires my work is Customer satisfaction and the creation of a peaceful relationship and trust, providing qualified and personalized assistance.

After obtaining a degree in law, at the University of from the law firms of Perugia, I worked at a law firm in Perugia, where I mainly dealt with family and minors law.  

I currently practice as a lawyer. at a law firm located in Lamezia Terme (CZ), where I deal with various issues of civil law (separations, divorces, debt collection, foreclosures, medical malpractice and other) law administrative (relationship between private individual and PA; opposition to tax bills; environment and protection of the territory) criminal procedural law (with particular attention to crimes against the family: mistreatment against family members and cohabitants and violation of family care obligations).  

In the firm I belong to, it is It is possible to deal with various sectors of law, given the collaboration with various colleagues specialized in numerous legal subjects.  

An issue that is very close to my heart is also that relating to women victims of physical and psychological violence perpetrated by their husbands or partners. When the crime of domestic abuse occurs, the only victims are often not women (wives or partners) but also minors.  

With regard to this topic, I also make use of the help of expert psychotherapists so that, through their experience and knowledge, they can help women and (possible)  minors through adequate psychological support/ emotional.  

I personally believe that a lawyer can do a lot in terms of assisting the reasons of all those who often struggle to assert their rights. I deeply believe that my profession represents a real mission that can only be validly and usefully exercised with great ethical motivation.

Lawyer Elisa deals with civil law and assists her clients, both in judicial and extrajudicial settings, for matters relating to family law and to inherits (separations,divorces, cohabitations, assisted negotiations, recognition of children, succession declarations, drafting and contestation of wills…), for problems relating to planning and protection of assets (estate funds, trust, intended assets...), as well as for appeals and requests relating to institutions of voluntary jurisdiction (support administrations, guardianships, curators...). It also carries out its activity, both in favor of private individuals and companies, in the following areas: drafting of contracts (purchase, rental  residential and commercial, mandate and agency, tender, preliminaries, IT contracts..), credit recovery, foreclosures of securities, real estate and third parties, seizures, settlement of crises from  over-indebtedness.

The firm operates mainly at the Court and the Justice of the Peace of Verona, as well as dealing withmortgage inquiries and land registry records concerning properties in Verona and on Lake Garda. The lawyer Elisa is Italian Representative IICUAE (certified professional of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates).

I have been a lawyer since 2000 and I work throughout the national territory. I deal with family law (separation, divorce, child custody, debt collection for failure to pay maintenance and extraordinary expenses, etc.) and family criminal law, as well as of juvenile law.

I have been qualified to practice before the Higher Magistrates (Cassation Court) since 2016.
