Since 2007, I have owned a law firm located in Scandicci (FI).

Since I was a child, my passion and vocation has always been to bring justice and try to resolve disputes or critical situations by mediating the interests of the parties. This is also why I strongly believe in mediation in my practice and am acquiring the title of family mediator, a branch of law to which I am very attached as I deal with this matter on a daily basis.

The passion for writing, for example, has allowed me to publish many articles on various topics in magazines, newspapers and online publications as well as on my social pages. I have been and am a speaker at many public meetings.

I qualified as a lawyer in 2013, after a brilliant university career.

Now I practice with particular attention to civil law, I am the curator of various judicial liquidations and I also assist my clients in separation or divorce or in the context of voluntary jurisdiction (support administration).

I also carry out consultancy activities for companies.

Daughter of art, I grew up among laws and codes and, out of passion, I founded my studio in Milan in 2005.

Lawyer Mario resides in Ischia and practices the profession of lawyer in Ischia and Naples in the civil and tax field. He received his law degree from the University of Naples. from the Federico II University of Naples with a thesis in banking law and practiced as a notary and lawyer.

I have long experience in family law. The end of the marital relationship involves critical points that I often find myself facing, such as custody and property issues. I am special curator of the minor and parental coordinator and I follow the client, paying maximum attention to the interests of the children.

Family conflicts between spouses, family transformations that lead to the dissolution of the actual couple and the maintenance of the parental couple, every "family issue" is treated starting from an inalienable assumption: the interest of minor children.

In addition to dedicating myself to juvenile law – in de potestate proceedings, in matters connected with adoptability; and the adoption of minors – also as a lawyer and guardian of the minor – I deal with family conflict (separations, divorces, disputes between unmarried parents): in this particular area I have developed over the years an increasingly greater experience in the contentious and non-contentious management of conflict, cultivating skills in negotiation, in assistance to the parties in mediation and in collaborative practice.
