I am a Lawyer of the Court of Brescia, I deal exclusively with Criminal Law, carrying out legal aid throughout the national territory.

I earned my degree from theUniversità of the Rome Studies "La Sapienza"in 2018 and I immediately embarked on a legal career, opting for mainly criminal law training, subsequently collaborating with various professionals in the branch.

For approximately 23 years I have been assisting people accused or victims of crimes from the preliminary investigation phase to the enforcement phase.

I have studied in depth the very recent reform so-called. Cartabia, which has made very significant changes to the penal code, the code of criminal procedure and the special laws on the matter.

Daughter of art, I grew up among laws and codes and, out of passion, I founded my studio in Milan in 2005.

In my law firm I offer consultancy and legal assistance in the matters of Civil Law.
In particular I provide, also being able to count on a team of qualified external consultants, protection in the field of debt collection and family law.
Not to mention that the experience gained in the field has allowed me to guarantee a solid defense not only to private individuals but also to companies, especially in the recovery of corporate debts from insolvent debtors.

In fact, even if family law is the area that I am most passionate about, the strong demand from clients and the willingness to deal with any problem, led me to extend my skills by also providing assistance  to companies.

I'm Aurora, I'm 39 years old. I am a Judicial Graphologist and Clinical Criminologist. 

I am the owner of my Graphological Consulting office and I carry out Party Technical Consultations, both in the Civil and Criminal fields. 

I am registered in the 'Register of CTU Judicial Graphologists - both as Technical Consultant and Expert, at the Court of Termini Imerese, both in civil and criminal matters. 

For six years I have been collaborating with various law firms and with psychologist colleagues in both Palermo, Milan and Rome, for graphological and criminological reports. 

I am the Manager of the Diana CO.TU.LE.VI - Against all violence - desk at the Court of Palermo and in the Municipality of Castelbuono. I have faced several legal battles for the defense of women's rights. Since June 2020 I have covered the role of Expert Criminologist ex. art. 80 in real offices: the External Penal Execution Office of Trento, Caltanissetta, the Ucciardone Reclusion House of Palermo, the Caltanissetta Prison and for crimes such as ill-treatment and sex offenders I participated in projects carried out at the Reclusion House of San Cataldo and the prison of Trapani, always in agreement with the Ministry of Justice. 

My professional collaboration as a Judicial Graphologist, for:

-Appraisals on Wills and Holographic Documents(Scope of consultancy that combines graphological analysis and instrumental and documentary surveys to ascertain the authenticity and integrity of holographic documents or attesting an unknown or disputed paternity);

-Verifications of Anonymous Writings (Very difficult field of work due to the frequent lack of an adequate number of comparative documents, the verification of anonymous writings, such as wall writings or threatening letters, for example, is a field of investigation in which the expert graphologist can provide important indications, regarding age , cultural level and psychological profile, useful for tracing the identikit of the author).

- Analysis of the writing (also on the victim - and the abused - crime against the person, or on the abuser and mistreater.

Since 2007, I have owned a law firm located in Scandicci (FI).

Since I was a child, my passion and vocation has always been to bring justice and try to resolve disputes or critical situations by mediating the interests of the parties. This is also why I strongly believe in mediation in my practice and am acquiring the title of family mediator, a branch of law to which I am very attached as I deal with this matter on a daily basis.
