Not to mention that the experience gained in the field has allowed me to guarantee a solid defense not only to private individuals but also to companies, especially in the recovery of corporate debts from insolvent debtors.

In fact, even if family law is the area that I am most passionate about, the strong demand from clients and the willingness to deal with any problem, led me to extend my skills by also providing assistance  to companies.
To this end, I have expanded my skills by becoming  Professional Partner of Sole 24 Ore as an expert in debt collection and enforcement.

I qualified as a lawyer in 2013, after a brilliant university career.

Now I practice with particular attention to civil law, I am the curator of various judicial liquidations and I also assist my clients in separation or divorce or in the context of voluntary jurisdiction (support administration).

I also carry out consultancy activities for companies.

I graduated in law from the university Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2005, with a thesis on “Societyà European" in the field of international commercial law.

After graduating, I worked in Milan in the Legal and Corporate office of CNP Capitalia Vita S.p.A., where I was responsible for regulatory compliance focused on the insurance sector, and for the drafting of opinion papers strong> technical-insurance legal, corporate contractual matters, support in the management of fulfilments towards the Authority of Supervisory and organization of BoDs and Assemblies.

Subsequently, I completed my legal practice at a law firm in Naples, which dealt with, among other things, bankruptcy law and social security. 

Registered with the Naples Bar Association, I practiced for many years at a law firm in Naples that deals with wide-ranging compensation for damages and civil law.

Currently, I practice at my firm in Ischia (NA), where I mainly deal with issues relating to family law, company law , labour law and civil law, providing professional activities in these sectors of legal consultancy and assistance, judicial and extrajudicial.

I deal with family law, juvenile law, condominium law, tenancy law and debt collection (extrajudicial, judicial, enforcement).

I love my profession and I set my work according to objectives.  ;

I always try to be transparent with the client, regulating the professional relationship on trust and cost-benefit opportunities.

Multi-year experience in civil law, in particular family and child protection, experience in drafting agreements in family matters, managing to transform judicial proceedings into consensual ones, ability to listen and empathize with the client.

Having acquired the qualifications of family mediator and soon of parental coordinator, my main objective is the protection of minor children and the management of family conflict. I also provide remote consultancy with online interviews via platforms and exchange of correspondence via email.

I have also gained experience in the procedure of leases and evictions, road accidents and compensation for damages, inheritances and wills. Registered in the free legal aid lists.
