With booking request you'll receive an e-mail with booking confirmation and contact details of Igino and, if you booked on site, the address where go to you. If you do not receive the booking confirmation within 48 hours from the order date, the booking will be automatically canceled. We remind you that the booking can also be canceled from the My Purchases page and the full amount refunded, up to a maximum of 24 hours before the booking date. If you cancel within the last 24 hours, and you paid online, we will apply a penalty of 50% on the amount paid.
